Andicare Services, has professionals of more than two decades of combined experience in healthcare, human services and business management fields. We provide support and care to adults with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disability, as well as challenging behaviors.
Andicare will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to direct their own lives based on a person-centered approach where the individual’s needs come first. This approach will focus on the needs of the individual taking into account the individual’s preferences, needs, choices, goals, values and a clear and detailed plan for achieving their desired goals. We assist them to live full, meaningful, and happy lives, at home and as members of their
