Services

Comprehensive Support Tailored to Your Needs

At AndiCare Services, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities.

Individual Assistance & Care

Individual Assistance and care services are provided to allow individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to remain and live successfully in their own homes, function and participate in their communities, and avoid institutionalization.

Residential Habilitation & Support Services

Residential habilitation and supports are individually tailored supports that are specified in the PCISP that assist with the acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to living in the community.

Day Habilitation & Supports

Day habilitation are services that are specified in the PCISP and support learning and assistance in the areas of: self-care, sensory/motor development, socialization, daily living skills, communication, community living, and social skills.

Extended Services

Extended Services are ongoing employment support services which enable an individual to maintain integrated competitive employment in a community setting. Individuals must be employed in a community-based, competitive job that pays at or above minimum wage in order to access this service.

Family Caregiving Training

Family and caregiver training services provide education and support directly to the family caregiver of an individual in order to increase the confidence and stamina of the caregivers to support the individual. Education and training activities are based on the family/caregiver’s unique needs and must be specifically identified in the PCISP.

Structured Family Caregiving

Structured family caregiving means a living arrangement in which an individual lives in the private home of a principal caregiver who may be a non-family member (foster care) or a family member who is not the individual’s spouse, the parent of the individual who is a minor, or the legal guardian of the individual.
